In addition to that, please fill out a candidate questionnaire, the reference to which is provided both in the description of each vacancy, and in other pages. Please, pay attention in which locality the vacancy is opened.
After you have sent your resume or a questionnaire filled out on this website (better, both of them), our personnel service specialist will contact you if necessary.
We would like to draw attention of all candidates that, unfortunately, we are not able to provide for feedback for all the candidates in order to inform you whether we are considering you as one of the claimants to a vacancy. If anybody of the specialists contacted you on the phone or via e-mail, this means that we are interested in you as a potential employee, and in this case the “loss of communication” is impossible. We perfectly understand how an applicant feels in expectation of a result of considering his candidature, and we shall not delay the response, if it has been already formulated. Moreover, we shall not forget about the necessity to inform you of the progress and results of considering your candidature.
As a rule, before inviting an applicant to an interview, a short telephone interview with the applicant is carried out. The purpose of it is to agree upon the main issues: the position, the level of your wage expectations, the place of employment and the compliance with the most significant requirements to the considered position.
The second stage, as a rule, is a head-to-head interview in the office, where candidates, mostly suitable for the open vacancy, are invited. After such interview the decision about employment shall be made, and the personnel service specialists informs everybody of results of the interview.
If the matter is of blue-collar occupation, you do not have to waste your time to write a resume. Just fill out the questionnaire form (better - right in the plant office) and hand it over to the personnel department.
If you have not been made any offer to work for one of our companies, but you have been informed that your resume was put in the reserve, you do not have to consider this just a polite declination. In reality we need the reserve due to business development circumstances. Rather often we face situations when among the candidates we find good specialists suitable for us, but we cannot hire all of them to 1 vacancy. But, considering the business development plans, we form the reserve, to which we address in case of necessity and fill urgent vacancies.
If among the open vacancies you have not found a position or profession, which would be of interest to you, you can fill out a questionnaire and indicate a supposed position or profession in the “vacancy name” field and send it to use along with your resume. It cannot be ruled out that the profession or position, which is of interest to you, will open in some time. And by that time we shall be able to quickly scan the reserve database of candidates and contact you in case we have your data.
